Apply to Receive a Vehicle
How the process works.
- An individual needing a vehicle may call Karen at (605) 941-4318
for an application or download the
vehicle
application form.
- Send the completed application to SE Wheels To Work, 805 E Pam Road, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.
- The Wheels to Work Committee will screen the application for eligibility.
- A qualified applicant will be matched with an appropriate vehicle as
soon as possible.
- The vehicle will become the property of the applicant after payment
of taxes, transfer fee, small administrative fee and license plates. The
applicant assumes all responsibility for insurance and any other costs
for the vehicle.
(Note: We typically have 12 to 15 people on our waiting list. The wait for a vehicle will probably be many months.)
